The corridors were full of witches, wizards and wonderful characters on Thursday as we celebrated World Book Day. Every class shared their favourite stories, and older pupils visited Reception to read aloud to the younger children.
Our book swap raised a shelf-full of ‘new’ reads for everyone to enjoy, and the costume parade in the hall was a real highlight. Thank you to families for your creativity this year — from Gruffalos to Harry Potters, the outfits were fantastic. Reading really is an adventure!
